Vue.js with Generative AI Developer

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Vue.js-based front-end initiatives, from technical design to production release leveraging Generative AI and AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Google Duet, Cursor) to accelerate software development, testing, and productivity outcomes.
• Define and evolve front-end architecture, component strategy, and coding standards for scalable applications.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components and patterns to ensure consistency and faster development cycles.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility across the application.
• Establish quality practices including code reviews, testing strategy, and CI-friendly development workflows.
• Mentor and support engineers through technical guidance, pairing, and constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot complex UI issues and ensure reliable releases through strong debugging and root-cause analysis.
• Primary skills: Vue.js with Generative AI - Prompt Engineering and AI Coding Assistants (GitHub CoPilot, Amazon Q, Google Duet, Devin, Cursor etc.)
  Good to have skills: Next.js, Pinia, TypeScript, Jest, Cypress

Minimum Qualifications:

• BTech or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of overall software development experience with strong front-end expertise.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building applications with Vue.js.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery, reviewing code, and guiding engineering best practices.
• Strong understanding of modern UI engineering fundamentals (component-based architecture, state management concepts, performance)
• Generative AI - Prompt Engineering and AI Coding Assistants (GitHub CoPilot, Amazon Q/Kiro, GitLab Duo, Claude Code, Devin, Cursor etc)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing scalable front-end architectures and establishing reusable component libraries/design systems.
• Strong proficiency with Vue ecosystem patterns such as routing, state management, and composition-based development.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and collaborating on API contracts with backend teams.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing practices (unit/integration/e2e) and improving release confidence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage technical trade-offs, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
