Development Manager-Sourcing Team Q2 26

Lead and manage multiple development teams across the application lifecycle.
Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
Provide technical leadership in designing and developing solutions using Angular, Java, Node.js, MongoDB, SQL, and Apache Camel.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and project managers to define technical roadmaps.
Establish development standards, coding practices, and governance processes.
Oversee application integration initiatives leveraging Apache Camel and REST-based services.
Manage resource planning, effort estimation, project tracking, and risk management.
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.
Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor and develop technical leads and engineering teams.
Handle production escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
