Identifying Opportunities to adopt the best process, practice, and tools in our projects
Identifying Opportunities to optimize cost and eliminate wastage across projects
Adopting and implementing the latest developments in Agile Project execution
Derisk Projects by planning and implementing strategies for noiseless delivery
Seek and analyze feedback from clients to ensure meeting expectations
Analyze data for inferences, patters and help derived data-based decisions
Coaching teams to identify opportunities for improvement by guiding them for data analysis
- In-depth Knowledge for CMMI, ISO, ITIL and other related standards
- Understanding and exposure to Agile methodology and related ALM tools
- Understanding of Lean concepts
Education: Bachelor of Engineering
Preferred skills: Foundational->Quality models/improvement frameworks->CMMi for Development->CMMI Process Area wise process definitions
