Job Description

• 11+Years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Utilities (IS-U) ABAP Technical.
• Must have 4 years of experience in implementation/Support projects.
• Possess knowledge of Agile Methodologies and DevOps way of working.
• Experience in analyzing and fixing the production incidents within the SLA.
• Worked on Automations and other improvement initiatives to increase the performance of services.
• Good functional knowledge in modules of SAP S4 HANA Utilities like Device management, Billing & Invoicing and FI-CA.
• Should possess the knowledge of Multi-Channel Foundation Framework for IS-Utilities (MCF).
• Good knowledge on SAP Net weaver Gateway.
• Good understanding of Release Management/Deployment Activities.
• Experience on Transport Management System in SAP.
• Experience in SAP OO ABAP, SAP ABAP reports and ODATA.
• Expertise in Workflow analysis for Date Exchange process.
• Expertise in preparing the Functional and Technical specification documents.
• Knowledge on resolving ATC Check and Performance Check Errors.
• Knowledge in SAP ISU-CRM middleware is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge product and contract configuration in Utilities
• Sound knowledge in the development and adaptation of tariffs for billing different product specifics and legal requirements

Required

• Practical knowledge of SAP S4 HANA Customer Engagement
• Good knowledge of customer service processes
• Practical experience in the development of customer engagement
• German proficiency
