Quality Engineering Lead

• Understands the functional/non-functional requirements and scope of work to be performed for engagement
• Creates the test strategy for the project from test requirements, review effort estimates for test execution
• Develop test plans for complex functionalities, provide review feedback for test plans, review all risk and mitigations identified and develop the action plan.
• Ensure the test environment availability and provide necessary review feedback for test data setup
• Review of the complete test execution and publish the test report
• Review and prepare relevant data on metrics based on request
• Review closure report and submit to respective stakeholders
• Mentors the team and provide performance feedback of individual team members to management
• Train team members on project processes and provide input on process tailoring and quality goals
• Interface with Customers for issue resolution, provide status updates
• Build repository of team's collective knowledge, seek knowledge and leverage knowledge from other projects to drive higher efficiency and effectiveness
• Automation testing
• Only which has hands-on Automation testing experience in Tosca/Selenium
• Hands-on experience on Cucumber & Jasmin, will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of test planning methods & tools
• Knowledge of test environment set-up methods
• Knowledge of test scripting methods & tools
• Client orientation
• Engineering graduate/ MCA with minimum 8 years of experience
• Knowledge of Industry fundamentals, trends and processes
• Knowledge of Life insurance domain
• Analytical ability
• Good communication skills
• Experience in managing and leading a team to mentor, enhance the skills and productivity of team members
