Associate Analyst - Knowledge Services

We are looking for a Campaign Analyst with strong experience in campaign management, list management, and SQL/SAS-based campaign execution. The role involves end-to-end campaign implementation with marketing stakeholders to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
Required Skillset:

• Strong knowledge of campaign management and list management
• Proficiency in SQL and SAS (mandatory)
• Ability to analyze complex queries and datasets
• Good understanding of database concepts
• Knowledge of banking concepts is preferred

Technology Requirements:

• SQL / SAS
• Experience with cloud data platforms (preferred)
• Experience in querying tools such as TOAD
• Exposure to Snowflake / Snowsight (added advantage)

Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in campaign management
• Preferred Campaign Tools (Any One)
  a. Matillion / ETL or GUI-based pipeline tools
  b. Adobe Campaign
  c. Unica

Salesforce Marketing Cloud:

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with marketers to understand campaign objectives
• Good understanding of analyzing the complex query is a must.
• Knowledge of database concepts is must
• Knowledge of banking concepts is must
• Understand the requirement and build RDD
