Senior Consultant

Senior Consultant responsible for designing and deploying AI-driven Order Management, Fulfillment, and Logistics solutions. The role requires deep Supply Chain domain expertise, strong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience in AI solutioning to drive digital sales and fulfillment transformation initiatives

Gather and translate business requirements into scalable supply chain solutions.
Lead solution design, deployment and customer implementation activities.
Drive AI-based Order Management and Logistics transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with business, operations and technology teams for solution delivery.
Create business cases, productivity improvement plans and commercial constructs.
Develop dashboards, analytics and actionable business insights.
Support Agile execution, sprint planning and deployment governance.
Build reusable frameworks, tools, case studies and industry best practices

8-10 years of Supply Chain experience.
Strong expertise in Order Management, Fulfillment and Logistics.
Hands-on experience in AI solutioning, model building and supply chain analytics.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP and Q2C processes.
Exposure to Order Management platforms such as Esker and OMPrompt.
Experience with Visibility/Control Tower solutions such as Far Eye and Four Kites.
Proficiency in BI & Reporting tools, Supply Chain KPIs and dashboards.
Knowledge of Python/R/SAS and Machine Learning concepts.
Strong PowerPoint, Visio and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred industries: Discrete Manufacturing, Capital Goods, CPG, Hi-Tech and Retail.
MBA in Supply Chain/Operations or Engineering Graduate with relevant Supply Chain experience.
Certifications in APICS, AI/ML, WatsonX Orchestrate or related domains preferred.
Experience managing global order fulfillment and cross-functional programs.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments and influence senior stakeholders
