
Phygital Innovation Client Engagement-Senior Consultant
About the role
Drive strategic and innovative initiatives to strengthen community engagement, foster a culture of innovation,
and deliver high-impact consulting solutions. Act as a trusted anchor for internal and external stakeholders,
including CXO-level clients, while supporting venture studio activities.
Own and manage senior client relationships across portfolios and domains, with a strong focus on

CXO engagement (CEO, CIO, CTO, CDO, and equivalent).

Plan and conduct a minimum of four (4) structured client interactions per week, including
innovation discussions, solution immersion, and portfolio reviews. -
Engage with stakeholders to align immersive showcases for client interactions.

Position the Business Incubator as a strategic innovation partner, identifying opportunities that align
client priorities with emerging solutions. -
Support business units in shaping innovation-led proposals, pilots, and scale-up opportunities.

Conduct show and tell demos for AI, Phygital, emerging and any software technologies to connect the
innovation storyline for respective business incubator portfolios -
Strong client relationship management and executive communication skills.

Sound knowledge in software, phygital, AI and emerging technologies to lead showcases

Ability to articulate business value from innovation and technology-led solutions.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; storytelling ability.
- Business Acumen: Understanding emerging technologies, innovation ecosystems, and venture
models. - Community Building & Culture Design: Proven experience in creating engagement programs.
- Exposure to innovation programs, emerging technologies, startup ecosystems, or transformation
initiatives is preferred.
Education: Bachelor of Engineering
