Team Lead

The Team Lead – Healthcare Operations is responsible for managing day to day healthcare operational activities, leading a team to meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards, and ensuring seamless delivery of healthcare processes in line with client and regulatory requirements.

• US Healthcare operations experience (mandatory)
• Strong people management experience.
• Client interaction/stakeholder management exposure.
• Inventory/work allocation management experience.
• 5+ Years of experience in US Healthcare and Excellent knowledge of US Healthcare claims, COB, Medicaid Enrollment expertise.
• Should have sound knowledge in MS Tools for various report creation and possess analytical ability required to comprehend client and employee needs.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to exceed goals and targets, identify and communicate risks in meeting SLAs/ reporting requirements.
• Monitors/ensures process compliance for sharing updates and SOP changes in order to ensure adherence to process steps.
