Completion of daily derivative operations retained services / tasks (Trade Processing and Securities Lending) are managed effectively and are in line with market and regulatory deadlines. Proactively working with LGIM stakeholders, Outsource Provider, and 3rd Parties (Brokers, Custodians, Fund Accountants, Vendors) to ensure all asset services activities are managed.
Work in partnership and collaboration with team members and outsourced provider to ensure daily tasks are completed in line with agreed service standards and deadlines (incl. accuracy, timeliness, and client service measures).
Assist the outsource provider with agreed retained services delivery for the respective service area.
Monitor the daily & weekly service delivery KPI / KRIs and escalate issues accordingly.
Proactive ownership and investigation of queries/issues that may arise, escalating and reporting any inconsistences to supervisor or manager in a timely manner.
Strive for excellence in service. Role model the behaviours.
Proactively identify control weaknesses relating to derivative operations services operating model and recommend and implement procedural and process change in partnership with team members, manager, and outsourced provider where applicable.
Ensure end to end understanding of all operational tasks and how they relate and impact all processes. Ensure standard ways of working are applied consistently.
To create procedures that reflect processes polices and any workflows that are needed to support the asset services process and activities for retained and outsourced services.

Education: Graduate
