Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. This role involves driving governance, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams for successful SAP implementations. The individual will participate in leadership meetings, provide actionable insights, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders and delivery teams, with a strong focus on the Utilities segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation through transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Develop and maintain SAP project plans, monitor progress, and report on milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish governance frameworks and enforce compliance with SAP Activate methodology and reporting standards.
• Ensure delivery of agreed business benefits within defined timelines and budgets.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong engagement throughout the SAP project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, approach, and ensure successful completion of medium to large-scale SAP projects.
• Provide leadership to SAP project teams, adopt best-fit methodologies (Agile/Hybrid), and oversee change control and risk management processes.
• Maintain realistic project plans and deliver accurate, timely updates to stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, ideally in Utilities industry (IS-U).
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and hybrid delivery models.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
• Ability to handle complex stakeholder landscapes and drive consensus.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to Utilities segment.
