IBM Filenet Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain IBM File Net solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
• Configure and extend File Net components such as Content Engine, Process Engine/Workflow, and Content Navigator interfaces.
• Build and optimize workflows, document lifecycle management, security models, and metadata/classification structures.
• Implement integrations and services to connect File Net with upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver performance and stability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate, plan, develop, test, and deploy enhancements in iterative releases.
• Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices for File Net development and support.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven approaches to improve content discovery, classification, and process automation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA with 2–3 years of relevant experience in IBM File Net development.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM File Net platform capabilities and enterprise content management concepts.
• Experience designing and implementing workflows, security, document classes, properties, and foldering strategies.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across File Net components and deployed solutions.
• Solid communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
