Domain Lead

Role Purpose:

The Domain Lead strengthens sourcing and procurement delivery capability and client
value across global engagements. The role works closely with operations, solution
design, analytics, and category teams to ensure delivery excellence and strong client
engagement. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with defined ownership.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support operations teams to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
• Apply industry best practices across processes and accounts.
• Support transitions, knowledge transfer, and stabilization of new engagements.
• Due Diligence, Process Definition, Knowledge Transfers, Training, Hiring and
  setting up operations teams.
• Support program landing, SLAs, and operating models.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and operations teams.
• Manage client contacts and stakeholder communication.
• Drive Technology adoption in client operations
• Work with Solution Design team and provide domain led inputs for solutions,
  creating small solutions independently.
• Contribute category and market insights to client engagements.
• Experience & Domain Expertise
• Strong experience of 12+ years in:
  o Tail Spend Management.
  o BPO/ Procurement Outsourcing delivery environments.
  o Supplier rationalization, Work with aggregators and integrated service
  providers.
  o Creating and administering eRFx/ e Tenders
  o Category expertise in either: ‐
  MRO & Engineering categories OR ‐ ‐ ‐
  Capex and large industrial projects procurement OR
  Business Services, Marketing, and Facility Management. OR
  Direct Materials
  o Supplier risk evaluation and management; Contract management
