Key Responsibilities: 1. AMS Support (L2/L3)

• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and propose corrections.
• Provide support during shutdown/turnaround cycles.
• Ensure SLA compliance.

2. Functional Expertise

• SAP EAM
• Maintenance Notifications
• Work Order Management
• Task Lists & Maintenance Plans
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

3. SAP EHSM

• Incident Management
• Risk Assessment & Controls
• Safety Observations & Reporting
• Permit-to-Work (PTW)

4.

Integration & Cross-Functional Support:

• MM, PP, Finance/CO, HSE integration
• Support GIS integration if applicable.

5.

Enhancements & Improvement:

• Requirement gathering and functional specifications.
• Configuration updates and UAT support.

6.

Documentation & Governance:

• Maintain documentation and support audits.
• Ensure data quality for asset master data.
