RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for application and database migration activities.

• Translate business needs into clear specifications, workflows and documentation.

• Collaborate with development, testing, architecture and infrastructure teams.

• Support testing cycles with scenario preparation, validation and requirement traceability.

• Prepare business documents, user guides and communication materials.

• Ensure business requirements align with quality expectations and acceptance criteria.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• Background in Information Technology, Business or related fields.

• Experience in business analysis for enterprise systems or migration initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business scenarios.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

• Knowledge of system workflows, integration behavior and testing support.

Additional Skills:

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Taiwanese language is required.
