Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate with 4–12 years of experience in Quote to Cash and Logistics/ Transportation services and Transportation documentation
• Must have strong domain expertise in Quote to Cash and logistics functions
• Good to have if he/she has industry experience of both BPO and Petro chemicals industry
• Should have executed few transformation projects in his/her current or previous role
• Exposure to Inventory Management, allocation processes, customer dispute resolution, and query handling is beneficial

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of SLA frameworks and proven ability to manage escalations
• Skilled in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving corrective and preventive actions
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Power BI
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  Work Environment:
• Must be open to working in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
• Required to work on-site on all working days
