About the role
Oversee entire Tax operation for the client tax team Qualified Accountant (CA)
Review and coordinate for Tax Returns and reporting 15+ years of experience in Tax.
Manage stakeholder management including monthly / quarterly communication Good Knowledge of Indirect Tax of USA, EMEA & APAC
Drive improvement Initiatives Support service management including individual / team performance against defined SLA's. Working Knowledge in Tax softwares such as Onesource/Vertex is must
Oversee and review of Tax manager's work as appropriate Strong in MS Excel
- Support continuous process improvement Meet/Ensure all the defined service levels agreed
- Provide single point interface for Client into respective process delivery matters Liaise and handle escalation calls and emails from business stakeholders.
- Responsible for delivering the agreed productivity benefits/gain share Track and measure customer feedback
Oversee and review (or delegate review) of analyst’s work as appropriate Escalate issues to the Business Process Managers as needed - Confirm team members have appropriate training and background Responsible to drive process related automation & transformation through bottom –up approach
- Ensure that exceptions are captured in SOP and communicated to client
- Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals
Education: BBA,BCom
Preferred skills: Domain->Finance->Income Tax,CA - F&A->SOX->Audit,Finance & Accounts
