MDM Developer

Responsible for developing and maintaining Reltio-based MDM solutions to enable real-time, unified Customer 360 data across enterprise systems. Additionally, expected to lead client discussions and manage a team of 3–4 junior developers.

Develop and configure Reltio MDM components including match/merge, survivorship, workflows, and data models.

Integrate Reltio with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, CRM, APIs).

Implement data quality rules and cleansing logic.

Support data migration and onboarding from legacy systems.

Lead client workshops and solution discussions.

Manage and mentor junior developers for delivery execution.

4+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM/ Informatica MDM/ Stibo MDM/ Semarchy MDM
Experience across On-Prem and/or IDMC SaaS.
Experience in implementing any of the MDM Domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, Finance etc )
Should have worked in a MDM development project across all phases of implementation.
Experience in Customer 360 or multi-domain implementations.
