Technology Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Tech Lead with deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot), front-end frameworks like Angular or React are plus, and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with any of the AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Devin, Claude Code, or Amazon Q, enabling faster, smarter, and more efficient software delivery.

• Development of scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular/React.

• Define and enforce best practices across the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Integrate AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Amazon Q, Devin, Claude Code,) to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation.

• Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of applications.

• Mentor development teams and teach new ways of working with AI powered tools

• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Tech lead.

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React are plus.

• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

• Experience with AI development tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Devin, Claude Code, Windsurf, Amazon Q.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, skills.
