AI Enabled – Java Full Stack Lead

The AI Enabled Full Stack Lead is responsible for leading end to end application development while embedding AI/GenAI capabilities into modern digital solutions. This role combines strong full stack engineering expertise with applied AI enablement, solution design, and technical leadership across delivery, innovation initiatives, and client engagements.

• Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack applications using modern frameworks and architectures.

• Provide technical guidance to full stack developers across frontend, backend, and integration layers.

• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system design aligned with enterprise standards.

• Own code quality, architecture decisions, and best practices.

• AI & GenAI Enablement

• Identify opportunities to embed AI/GenAI use cases into business applications (e.g., recommendations, automation, insights).

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, LLM frameworks) to improve developer productivity and solution quality.

• Prototype and implement AI driven features such as chat interfaces, intelligent workflows, document processing, and analytics.

• Collaboration & Mentorship

• Mentor team members on full stack development, AI adoption, and modern engineering practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, data scientists, and DevOps teams.

• Promote a continuous learning and innovation mindset within the team.

• Core Technical Skills

Strong experience in Full Stack Development:

• Frontend: React / Angular / Vue , CSS , JavaScript

  • Backend: Java (Spring Boot)
  • APIs: REST, microservices architecture

• Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) , Data Analysis, Hibernate

• Hands on experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS preferred).

• Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines.

• AI & Digital Skills

• Exposure to GenAI/AI concepts, LLMs, or AI powered applications.

• Experience using AI developer tools (e.g., Copilot, AI assistants, automation tools).

• Understanding of AI integration patterns in enterprise systems.

• Prompt Engineering and AI Coding Assistants (GitHub CoPilot, Amazon Q, Google Duet, Devin, Cursor etc.)
