AWS AI Lead/Developer

Role: AWS AI Lead
Location: Pune / Bangalore
Experience: 5+ years overall (3–5 years in AWS AI / GenAI preferred)
Joining: Early joiners preferred
Certifications: AWS certifications are a strong advantage

We are looking for an AWS AI Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions on AWS. The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, technical leadership, and hands on development, while guiding teams through end to end implementation and deployment.

• Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of GenAI based solutions using AWS Bedrock and related AWS AI services

• Define cloud native architectures using AWS services such as:

• AWS Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions

  • S3, Databases (RDS/DynamoDB/Aurora)
  • CloudFront, API Gateway
  • IAM, VPC, Security best practices

• Develop and review agent based AI architectures, including tool invocation, workflows, and orchestration

• Hands on experience with Python in developing, testing, and deploying scalable applications, including building APIs, data processing pipelines, and AI/GenAI workflows

• Drive API based integrations with external and internal enterprise systems

• Guide teams on scalability, security, compliance, and cost optimization

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment strategies using Git

• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across projects

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Support production deployments, monitoring, and stability of AI solutions

• Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands on experience with AWS Bedrock and Generative AI application development

• Solid experience building cloud solutions using:

• Python

  • AWS Lambda, Step Functions
  • S3, Databases
  • CloudFront, API Gateway
  • IAM and security controls

• Hands on experience in developing, integrating, and deploying GenAI applications

• Experience with REST APIs and external application integrations

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git based workflows

• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams

• Good to Have

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / Developer / AI-related)

• Experience with Agentic AI, RAG architecture, vector databases

• Prior experience in enterprise or large scale cloud programs

Education: MTech,Intergrated course BCA+MCA,Bachelor of Engineering
