Your role

In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Documentation of functional & technical specifications related to Business Intelligence solutions.
• Exhibit highest standards of ownership & accountability.
• Good interpersonal skills - ability to engage with stakeholders.
• Good team working skills - collaborating with other developers, BAs, managers, etc.
• Managing stakeholder expectations related to timelines and deliverables - includes setting the right expectations consistently and meeting/ exceeding them regularly for the team.
• 7 - 9+ years of proven Qliksense expertise involving report delivery, workflow tools, system development and architecture.
• 10 - 12+ years overall experience within Business Intelligence.
• Experience of dashboard development with multiple data sources.
• Detail knowledge on Administrating Qlik Sense/Qlik View Enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with the use of Geo Analytics, NPrinting, extensions, widgets, mashups, ODAG and various other advanced features used in Qlik Sense development.
• Good exposure on requirement gathering, understanding, and analyzing Business user needs.
• Good understanding on Qlik Web connectors, Qlik-Cli.
• Proven ability to clearly articulate implications of technical analysis to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to convey information in a way that is clear, succinct, and easily understood by non-analysts.

Preferred

• Track record of working through the project life cycle independently.
• Experience in Excel / PowerPoint NPrinting is beneficial.
• Hands on experience in Qliksense mashup and extension development will be added advantage.
• Track record of working through the project life cycle.
• Ability to create and execute test plans, reviewing system and interface data.
• Ability to work unsupervised at times and direct own work.
