Location: Remote Any location in Mexico Job Description:

As a Technology Lead on java, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex enterprise applications and develop scripts for automated testing. You will work with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's in computer science or other related degree
• 4+ years relevant work experience
• Extensive experience in design & development of applications on multiple platforms (Linux and Windows).
• Accomplished with Open-Source Automation Framework tools (Java, Javascript Eclipse, IntelliJ, SOAPUI, TestNG, Selenium, Jmeter and similar tools). Ability to write clear and concise automation scripts.
• Hands-on test engineering and automation experience in UI/API automation using Java/Spring, Soap UI, Selenium/Cucumber
• Experienced Debugger by reviewing log file validation on a LINUX/UNIX server, Splunk
• Experience working with CI/CD.
• Good knowledge of SQL and DB concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively the logic and implementation plan to team members & managers.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Mobile application automation testing across Android and iOS.
• Experience in Selenium/Appium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, JavaScript, Node, Selenium/Cucumber.
• Work with relational databases like PostgreSQL, SQL, or Oracle.
• Utilize DevOps tools and practices, including Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Guide juniors in the team in technology aspects to ensure timely delivery.
