Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in Environment Management, Change Management, or Release Coordination roles
- Technical & Tools Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Service Now (Change, Incident, Request modules)
- Working knowledge of JIRA
- Hands on experience MS Project
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience in patch management, release coordination, and environment lifecycle management
- Core Competencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume coordination activities under tight timelines
- Proven capability to handle triage calls and critical production scenarios
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to automation tools, scripting, or process automation initiatives
