PM / Scrum Master, Agile SAFe, CSM

As a Scrum Master, you will be at the heart of our Agile delivery, enabling teams to turn ideas into impactful solutions. You will guide cross-functional squads through Scrum and SAFe practices, helping them plan effectively, remove impediments quickly, and continuously improve how they work. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of goals and alignment with business priorities.

With 3–5 years of experience, you will coach teams to embrace Agile values, foster transparency, and build a culture of trust, ownership, and innovation. Agile & Scrum Facilitation:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for one or more Agile teams.

• Ensure Scrum practices are understood and followed, coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and mindset.

• Support Product Owners in effective backlog management, refinement, and prioritization aligned to business value.

Delivery & Execution:

• Track and communicate team progress using metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cumulative flow diagrams.

• Proactively identify and remove impediments, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders as needed.

• Help teams plan and execute sprints and releases with a focus on quality, predictability, and continuous delivery of value.

SAFe & Scaling Practices:

• Support SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.

• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to manage cross-team dependencies and risks.

• Promote alignment with SAFe principles, ensuring teams contribute effectively to program-level objectives.

Coaching & Continuous Improvement:

• Coach team members on self-organization, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.

• Drive continuous improvement by facilitating effective retrospectives and implementing actionable improvements.

• Encourage a culture of experimentation, learning, and feedback within and across teams.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders regarding team status, risks, and delivery timelines.

• Help manage expectations, negotiate priorities, and foster strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders.

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment that values open communication and mutual respect.
