Java Fullstack (React) Developer

About the job:

Build modern, scalable web products where clean backend design meets delightful user experiences. In this role, you’ll work across the stack—crafting resilient microservices with Java and Spring Boot while delivering responsive interfaces with React. You’ll collaborate closely with product, QA, and platform teams to turn ideas into production-ready features, balancing performance, security, and maintainability. If you enjoy solving real-world problems, improving systems through thoughtful refactoring, and learning fast-moving technologies (including applied AI), you’ll feel right at home. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of modules, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape engineering best practices in a supportive, feedback-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot services using microservices architecture patterns.
• Build and enhance React-based UI components with reusable, maintainable front-end patterns.
• Define and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring robust validation, error handling, and versioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to automated testing practices for both frontend and backend.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, improve coding standards, and mentor peers through constructive feedback.
• Optimize application performance and reliability through profiling, tuning, and thoughtful design.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA with 3–5 years of hands-on development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building backend services.
• Solid experience implementing Microservices, including service boundaries and inter-service communication.
• Strong working knowledge of ReactJS for building responsive, component-driven UIs.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
