Azure devops platform

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to manage and enhance our DevOps platform, streamline CI/CD processes, and support cloud-based deployments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure software delivery.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Manage and configure Azure DevOps services such as Repos, Pipelines, Boards, and Artifacts.
Automate build, release, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and optimize performance.
Integrate security practices (Dev Sec Ops) into CI/CD workflows.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Manage version control repositories (Git) and enforce branching strategies.
Configure environment monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Ensure compliance with best practices for release management and governance.

2–5 years of experience in Azure DevOps / DevOps Engineering.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Test Plans).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and pipeline automation.
Experience with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, AKS, VMs, Storage, Networking, etc.).
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
Good understanding of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights).
