Your role

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required

• Total Experience Required: 8-10 Years
• Hands-on experience in software, platform, or cloud engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI solutions
• Strong experience with AWS Bedrock, Sage Maker, and LLM-based application development
• Proficiency in Lang Chain and Lang Graph for building complex AI agents, workflows, and multi-step reasoning systems
• Experience with Databricks for building and deploying Generative AI solutions, including Model Serving, AI Gateway, and Unity Catalog
• Proven experience implementing RAG architectures and vector search solutions using Databricks Vector Search, Lang Chain retrievers, Amazon Open Search Service, Pinecone, or FAISS
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings management in production environments
• Experience delivering end-to-end AI applications, including backend services, APIs, and basic user interfaces for AI-driven solutions
• Solid background in AWS cloud services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, ECR, Event Bridge)
• Hands-on experience with Databricks Lakehouse platform, Delta Lake, and data governance using Unity Catalog
• Hands-on experience with AWS AI services: Textract, Comprehend, Kendra, or Bedrock Knowledge Bases
• Experience with Databricks Notebooks, Jobs, and Workflows for AI/ML pipeline orchestration
• Strong programming experience in Python (required) with Py Spark experience for large-scale data processing
• Deep expertise in prompt engineering, Lang Chain prompt templates, few-shot learning, and LLM performance tuning

Preferred

• Strong experience using Lang Graph for agentic workflows, state management, and intelligent orchestration of AI systems
• Familiarity with AI observability, including model monitoring, logging, and usage analytics using Lang Smith, Amazon CloudWatch, MLflow, or Databricks Monitoring
• Experience designing scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization using AWS IAM, Cognito, Databricks Unity Catalog permissions, and RBAC
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for provisioning Databricks workspaces and AWS resources
• CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions, AWS Code Pipeline, or GitLab CI/CD with Databricks Asset Bundles
• Understanding of data privacy, PII handling, and responsible AI practices
• Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments
• Prior experience acting as a technical lead
• Familiarity with Lang Chain ecosystem tools: Lang Serve, Lang Smith, and community integrations
