About the role

Role Summary:

Drive the design management function for multiple infrastructure projects across India, driving design excellence, workplace innovation, sustainability, and execution readiness for campus developments, workplace transformations, fit-outs, and infrastructure projects.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design management for Campus Master Planning, Green Buildings, Workplace Transformation, Corporate Fit-outs, and Infrastructure Projects across locations in India

  • Drive the complete design lifecycle from Concept, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Tender Documentation, and GFC deliverables.

  • Review and optimize drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation to enhance quality, functionality, constructability, and cost efficiency.

  • Establish and maintain design standards, specifications, and governance frameworks aligned with NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC, LEED, sustainability goals, and organizational requirements.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors, and multidisciplinary teams including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FPS, AV, Lighting, ICT, and Smart Building Systems.

  • Conduct design reviews and site audits to ensure adherence to approved design intent and timely resolution of design and execution issues.

  • Drive value engineering, innovation, new materials adoption, workplace strategies, and sustainability-focused solutions.

  • Monitor design progress, identify risks proactively, and ensure timely closure of key deliverables.

  • Support consultant selection, stakeholder management, and project governance across multiple locations.

  • Ensure effective documentation, communication, and alignment with business, project, and operational stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor of Engineering
