About the role
- Knowledge/Experience of working on different Servicenow modules like ITSM (IT service management), TSOM (Telecommunications Service Operations Management), FSM (Field Service Management), CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Inventory, ITOM (Enterprise IT Operations Management), TSM (Telecommunications Service Management ), OMT (Order Management), TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) etc.
- Good knowledge/experience of Products & Service Catalog, Client Scripts, Service Side scripting, Business Rules and other Service Now scripting capabilities.
- Configuration/Customization/Implementation of the Service Now system followed by efficient integration using workflows.
- Experience integrating external systems with the Service Now using integration solutions, including ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, KAFKA etc.
- Deep understanding of Service Now data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards.
- Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools.
