Associate Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Network consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Aruba Wireless, Clear Pass, Aruba AOS-S, AOS-CX switching, and Aruba Central. The role primarily focuses on network operations, L3/L4 troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident management in a global enterprise environment. The candidate must have strong practical experience in RF optimization, Wi-Fi tuning, User-Based Tunneling (UBT), and network segmentation.

• Core Technologies

• Aruba Wireless (Controllers, Instant AP, Aruba Central)

• Aruba Clear Pass (NAC, AAA, 802.1X)

• Aruba Switching (AOS-S & AOS-CX platforms)

• Routing: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP

• Redundancy: VSX, VRRP

• Packet capture analysis wired and wireless

• Strong in Wi-Fi RF concepts and troubleshooting

• Good to have Technologies

• Knowledge of Firewall – Palo Alto, Fortinet

• Knowledge of SDWAN, SASE solution

• Knowledge of Zscaler

• Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making capability

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Client handling and communication skills

• Ownership and accountability in incident handling

• Ability to handle high-pressure production environments
