SAP GRC Specialist with English

from Poland We are looking for a candidate with: Programming & Analytics

• MUST HAVE
  Proven experience with VBA and SQL for maintaining existing scripts, automations, and data-processing tools
  Practical experience with Power BI in creating and maintaining dashboards

SAP GRC & Security Experience

• Preferred

Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control:

modules: Access Risk Analysis (ARA)**- Risk identification, SoD & Critical Access evaluation and reporting,Access Request Management (ARM)- User provisioning & workflow understanding,**Emergency Access Management (EAM) - SAP GRC Firefighter concept and reporting
Practical experience configuring, maintaining, and operating SAP GRC AC in a live global environment
Experience in SAP Security & Authorization Management, including: role design & build, user access control, audit support.

Compliance / Internal Audit Skills

• Nice to Have
  Understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs), especially: access management, change management, privileged access controls, system operations
  Experience participating in internal or external audits (IT or business)
  Knowledge of compliance frameworks, access risk concepts, and mitigating controls
  Ability to assess deviations, document findings, and propose remediation actions.

Other Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication skills in English (min. B2)
Willingness to stay updated on new SAP GRC functionalities and S/4HANA migration developments, including SAP

Process Controls Your key activities: SAP GRC Operations
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting across SAP GRC AC modules.
Proactively identify and resolve access issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
Collaborate with SAP technical teams or external partners for problem resolution.

Compliance & Internal Controls

Support internal and external audit activities by preparing evidence, reports, and system extracts.
Monitor SAP environments for compliance with corporate security standards, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Sensitive Access.
Participate in review and remediation of ITGC control gaps.
Ensure consistent adherence to security policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

Programming & Analytics Support

Maintain and enhance existing VBA macros, SQL-based tools, and Power BI dashboards used for reporting and compliance monitoring.

Security & Role Management

Educate business stakeholders on SAP access risks, mitigating controls, and role design principles.

Project & Stakeholder Management

Prepare project plans and contribute to delivering GRC- or compliance-related projects on time.
Communicate complex technical information in a clear, non-technical way to stakeholders at different levels of the organization
