Oracle HCM - COE Lead

We are seeking a Senior leader responsible for driving the HCM Center of Excellence (CoE). The role involves providing strategic advisory to enterprise clients, and shaping growth, innovation, and delivery excellence across large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud engagements.

• 18+ years in HCM domain with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud

• Proven experience in leading Co Es, large transformation programs, and advisory engagements

• Strong track record in pre-sales, client engagement, and practice growth

• Deep understanding of HR processes, digital HR transformation, and emerging trends (AI in HR, experience platforms, workforce analytics)

• Executive presence with C-suite stakeholder management

• Strategic thinking with outcomes-driven execution

• Strong consulting, storytelling, and influencing skills

• Ability to scale teams, capabilities, and innovation

Education: Bachelor of Engineering
