SAP ABAP Consultant

• A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.

• You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.

• You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP ABAP

• Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA including RAP and CDS Views

• Proficiency in ABAP on HANA and S/4HANA / SoH implementations

• Expertise in all RICEF objects in core ABAP:

1. Data Dictionary
2. Reports and Programs
3. Enhancements
4. Forms (SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms)
5. Interfaces (BAPIs, IDOCs, APIs)

• Experience working on both ECC and S/4HANA projects across global clients
• At least 2 implementation or rollout projects
• Strong understanding of SAP coding standards and best practices (ECC & HANA)
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in automation development using ABAP
• Leadership qualities and good communication skills
• Ability to provide trainings
• Good understanding of SAP coding standards and best practices from both ECC and HANA
• Ability to work in AGILE way
• Ability to create product backlogs, estimate user stories and do sprint plannings
• Good to have Technical Skills and experience
