MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES

• Python 4-6 years
• Machine Learning and AI frameworks 2-4 years
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) 2-4 years
• Large Language Models (LLMs) 2-4 years

MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 6+ years of overall professional experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Proven experience working with NLP and text data analysis
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating APIs for AI/ML solutions
• Experience working with LLM-based systems in real-world applications

MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Solid understanding of machine learning and NLP concepts
• Hands-on experience with:
• RAG architectures
• Vector databases
• LLM prompt engineering and optimization
• LLM evaluation techniques
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices

DESIRED SKILLS, TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCE

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Vector Databases
• API development and integration
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with LLM monitoring and evaluation tools such as Lang Smith
• Hands-on exposure to LLM deployment and orchestration libraries such as:
• LiteLLM
• LLM Guardrails
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and deployment best practices
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Kubernetes
• Experience working with cloud-native services on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Understanding of scalable, secure, and production-grade ML system design
