Business Analyst (Scrum Master)

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Partner with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, KPIs, and success metrics; manage expectations through clear communication.

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and backlog refinement sessions to clarify needs and drive alignment.

• Support solution validation by coordinating UAT planning, test scenario reviews, defect triage, and sign-offs.

• Scrum Mastery & Agile Delivery

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure Agile best practices are followed.

• Coach team members on Agile principles, improve team velocity predictability, and promote continuous improvement.

• Identify and remove impediments; manage risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers proactively.

• Maintain delivery transparency through sprint goals, burn-down/up tracking, and status reporting to stakeholders.

• AI-Enabled Discovery Support

• Assist in defining AI use cases, data/feature requirements, and measurable outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Help ensure AI-related requirements consider feasibility, explainability, and user impact during discovery and delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA with 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong hands-on experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive team execution with a focus on value delivery.
• Solid communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
