Process Lead

• Execute end to end employee life cycle transactions in SAP Success Factors including:
• Hire, Rehire, Transfers, International Transfers
  • Position creation and position mapping, Job and employee data changes, Terminations and retirements
• Process changes in employee status such as:
• Reclassification, Active to inactive movements
  • Full time to part time (and vice versa)
• Handle leave and attendance related transactions in line with defined processes
