
Lead - Organization Development
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise wide Talent Management processes including assessments, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership journeys
- Partner with senior leadership to identify critical roles, high potential talent, and capability-building priorities.
- Drive modernization of Talent Management by leveraging digital tools, build platforms, and next generation methodologies
- Design and manage assessment frameworks for behavioral, functional, and leadership roles, translating outcomes into actionable insights for leaders.
- Act as an OD consultant to HRBPs and business leaders, delivering strategic talent and capability solutions.
- Ensure governance and compliance through adherence to data privacy, ethical assessment practices, and robust project management.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members, fostering collaboration, capability development, and high quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Talent Management, OD, Talent Assessments, Leadership Development, or Strategic HR roles.

Strong working knowledge of psychometric tools, assessment centers, competency frameworks, and data led talent reviews.

Proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar).

Experience in partnering with senior leaders and managing external consulting relationships.

Certifications in psychometric tools (e.g., MBTI, Hogan, OPQ), OD, or HR practices preferred.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive level presentation skills.
