About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Industry Understanding
- Analyze and interpret the client’s business ecosystem including:
- Business model and operating structure
- Macro & micro economic trends
- Competitive landscape
- Financial performance and future outlook
- Translate client challenges and strategic goals into actionable solution constructs.
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Map client requirements to organizational capabilities and offerings.
- Identify potential alliances, technology partners, and ecosystem players to strengthen the solution construct.
- Define the core solution proposition, ensuring alignment with the client’s transformation agenda.
- Develop end to end solution components including:
- Effort estimation & staffing models
- Operating & delivery model
- Governance & risk framework
- Service Level Agreements
- Technology stack, automation, and digital levers
- Transition & transformation roadmap
- Innovative and commercially competitive pricing models
- Large Deal Support
- Lead and participate in Due Diligence exercises at onshore/offshore client locations.
- Validate solution assumptions and refine the solution based on insights from client workshops or DD sessions.
- Ensure solution feasibility, deliverability, and operational alignment.
- Thought Leadership & Knowledge Development
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices across BPM horizontals (F&A, HRO, Procurement, Customer Service, etc.).
- Build reusable solution templates, pursuit collateral, and standardized frameworks for future bids.
- Craft compelling storylines, differentiated value propositions, and executive ready narratives.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the solution orchestrator across internal stakeholder groups such as:
- Delivery
- Finance
- Transition
- Technology & Automation
- Pricing & Commercial teams
- HR & Talent Supply Chain
- Drive seamless collaboration across functions to ensure readiness, buy in, and alignment throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
- Support the transition teams during the handover phase for successful initiation of new engagements.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Domain & Industry Experience
- Experience in BPM industry preferred (especially for Large Deal Solution Anchor).
- Hands on exposure to horizontal services:
- Finance & Accounting (F&A)
- Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO)
- Sourcing & Procurement (S&P)
- Customer Service / CX
- Experience serving global markets (US, UK, EMEA, Australia etc).
- Presales & Deal Architecture
- Presales / solution design and bid management experience.
- Proven expertise in designing solutions for large, multi tower, multi region deals.
- Experience in stitching complex solutions involving:
- Transformation levers
- Automation platforms
- Consulting inputs
- Multi tower delivery models
- Technical & Commercial Skills
- Strong understanding of commercial models including:
- FTE-based
- Transaction-based
- Outcome-based
- Gainshare and hybrid constructs
