Technology Lead

• Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines, primarily using GitHub, GitHub Runners, and Jenkins.

• Monitor CI/CD tool performance and usage to ensure reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Facilitate seamless migration between Git platforms in line with company strategy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed CI/CD principles into the software development lifecycle.

• Define and implement best practices for CI/CD processes, security, and automation.

• Provide support for Azure cloudification initiatives and ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill development teams on CI/CD tools and practices.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the CI/CD ecosystem.

• Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

• Strong experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions/Runners, GitLab, Jenkins, and related tools.

• Familiarity with GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) and Sonar Qube is a strong plus.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift).

• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.

• Experience with build tools and package managers: Maven, Node.js, npm, Nexus, JFrog.

• Good understanding of deploying various platforms: web apps, microservices, serverless, etc.

• Familiarity with standard databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) is a plus.

• Experience with Azure and related cloud services is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
