Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Consultant with knowledge on Oracle WMS to provide ongoing support, maintenance and enhancements on Oracle Cloud solution. The role involves working closely with clients to troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements and provide support to the Oracle Cloud application.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle WMS Cloud solutions
• Advanced English is required
• Experience on implementation and enhancements activities.
• End Points alignments for WMS configuration and all relater review for the correct functionality with the OIC teams to make sure the E2E connection will work appropriately.
• OTBI tool knowledge to create or align with the tech team any extraction of information from Oracle Cloud
• Previous experience working with Offshore teams
• Experience working with technical teams for OIC and OTBI artifacts alignment
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements to existing solutions
• Identify and fix defects, perform RCA and ensure long-term resolution
• Deploy changes across development, test and production environments following standard processes.
• Maintain documentation for technical designs and support procedures

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
