GenAI Developer

We are looking for a skilled GenAI Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML and hands-on exposure to Generative AI technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying GenAI-driven solutions using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.

Design and develop applications leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases
Work with frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama Index for AI application development
Integrate GenAI solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
Fine-tune models and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven automation opportunities
Ensure scalability, performance, and responsible AI practices

Strong experience in Python and ML libraries (Py Torch / Tensor Flow)
Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
Experience with prompt engineering and embeddings
Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
Understanding of NLP concepts and deep learning basics
Experience in building APIs and microservices
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Experience with fine-tuning LLMs
Knowledge of GenAI use cases (chatbots, summarization, code generation, etc.)
Exposure to MLOps pipelines and CI/CD
Understanding of AI ethics and governance
