Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital, automation, and AI-enabled
programs, ensuring strict adherence to scope, cost, quality, timelines, and defined business outcomes.
The role demands a strong foundation in production support, product implementation, and domain-led
transformation initiatives, complemented by hands-on experience with modern, AI-driven and digital
delivery models. The incumbent should have effectively managed production support engagements with
a strong focus on SLA adherence, operational stability, and issue resolution. Additionally, the role requires
proven experience in product implementation programs, including deep understanding of client
requirements, execution of fit-gap analysis, and successful delivery through a balanced approach of base
product configuration, customization, and new development. The candidate should also have been a core
member of implementation teams across one or more domains such as Business Process Management
(BPM), Finance & Accounting (F&A), ITIL/Service Management frameworks, or Customer Service
Management (CSM). Furthermore, the role requires the ability to manage AI, GenAI, automation, and
data-led solutions, working closely with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to drive
measurable value while ensuring governance, compliance, and post-production success.
