Principal Consultant

• Leading project engagements through various stages, from problem definition to solution design finalization, planning and deployment, with the goal of delivering high-quality, value-adding AI solutions to customers
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and interviews to understand business requirements, AS-IS process, business challenges, define functional & non-functional requirements, issue clarifications, review documentation
• Ensure sign off by all the business stakeholders and have the change management in scope
• Lead a team of consultants and architects in analyzing requirements to define solution alternatives, conceptualizing AI based TO-BE process, review the solution options developed by the team and suggest improvements in order to get customer buy-in.
• Present recommended solution/s, ensure sign-off by internal and client teams
• Drive estimation activities while aligning with project/POC and BU specific quality and performance goals, review the estimates and communicate to all the stakeholders in order to plan for required budget and resources to successfully execute the project
• Prepare project plan including resource loading, infrastructure requirement. Liaison with internal and client teams to sign off project resource requirements.
• Create a Risk Management Plan clearly identifying the risks and mitigation plan and base line the same with all stake holders in order to minimize any adverse impact to the project
• Track the project phases (Requirements gathering, Design, Architecture, Development, Testing, Implementation, support), project scope, quality requirements, resource requirements, financials, risk, SLAs on a periodic basis, take corrective measures and communicate to all stakeholders as per the communication plan
• Be the SPOC to the customer on project related activities, provides regular reports, value articulation, managing expectations, participate in client visits in order to increase customer satisfaction
• Schedule, monitor, review and control the production support project so as to meet the agreed upon SLAs
• Mentoring team members in enhancing their skills and knowledge, driving rewards and recognition processes, and foster team building to enhance skills, motivation, and cohesion.
• Participate in recruitment activities ensuring compliance to company HR processes.
• Document and share team learnings from the project, and leverage knowledge from other projects to enhance project management efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational knowledge retention
• Contribute to intellectual property creation, file patents, and demonstrate thought leadership in various forums by developing presentations and points of view to deliver innovative solutions to customers

Must-have Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree with minimum 8 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years’ experience in delivering AIML/GenAI projects
• Proven experience in leading, planning AI solution deployment projects and managing cro
