Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ERP Planning modules (preferably Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning or similar top-tier ERP systems such as SAP APO/IBP, Oracle EBS, JDE).

• Must have participated in at least 2 end-to-end ERP Planning module implementations (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling).

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Oracle Cloud Planning module implementations (Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling).

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design solutions within Oracle Cloud Planning.

• Configure, test, and validate planning modules in Oracle Cloud ERP.

• Provide functional expertise during workshops, CRP, UAT, and go-live support.

• Identify and implement enhancements aligned with best practices in planning processes.

• Participate in review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required skills:

• Business Level Japanese language skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing)

• Strong functional expertise in Planning domains:

• Supply Planning, Demand Management, Replenishment Planning, Production Scheduling, Sales and Operations Planning and Supply Chain Collaboration

Exposure to related Oracle Cloud modules:

• Order Management, Shipping Execution, Supply Chain Orchestration, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement Suite, Costing, Shipping Execution

Preferred Skills:

• Business communication skills in English

• Experience in Consulting and Implementation for Core Manufacturing, Hi-Tech Manufacturing and Automotive industries.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP APO/IBP, JDE, Infor.

• Ability to work independently, customer-focused, and self-driven.
