SAP ABAP/S4 HANA Consultant

We are hiring an SAP S/4HANA ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in modern ABAP and S/4HANA development. The role involves delivering high-quality technical solutions, working closely with functional teams, and contributing across implementation, enhancement, and support phases. The candidate should be a strong individual contributor with the ability to work independently and actively participate in solutioning and project deliveries.

• Design, develop, and support RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
• Work on S/4HANA development, including custom code remediation and extensibility
• Develop solutions using modern ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and RAP
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with functional teams (SD, MM, FI, EWM, etc.) for requirement understanding and solution delivery
• Participate in design discussions, testing cycles, UAT, and go-live support
• 4–5 years of SAP ABAP experience with 1–2 S/4HANA implementation/conversion projects
• Strong expertise in:
• ABAP on HANA / S/4HANA
• Enhancements (BADIs, User Exits)
• Interfaces (IDoc, RFC, Web Services)
• Forms (Smart Forms / Adobe Forms)
• Good understanding of:
• Clean Core & extensibility concepts
• Performance optimization techniques
• Experience with:
• ATC, Code Inspector, Transport Management
• Agile methodologies
• Exposure to RAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, CDS/AMDP (advanced), EWM/TM/GRC modules
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and support knowledge sharing within the team

Education: Bachelor of Engineering
