Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP TM Consultant

As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, identify areas of improvement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
• This position may require travel and /or relocation to Project / client location in Atlanta, GA.

Preferred Qualification

• SAP Transportation Management with at least one implementation
• Knowledge of logistics, trucking, rail, and shiPEing functions
• Should have good exposure specifically in areas of inbound, outbound Shipment processes, Shipment Optimization planning, Vehicle Scheduling, Transportation execution, Freight Settlement, LSP planning, etc
• Functional expertise in design, implementation and testing
• Experience in business requirement gathering, designing functional specifications, configuration and integration of SAP ERP and TM modules
• 5+SuPEly Chain deployment activates along with technical cutover knowledge functional
• Strong communication skill to co ordinate with business leader for deployment activates global roll outs
• Experience in S/4 Hana embedded TM (1909, 2020, & 2021) and SAP Business Suite stack TM 9.6
• Experience in Shipper scenarios and know LSP processes.
• Experience in Unified Package building (Package builder) and knowledge of Packing instructions and Packaging specifications.
• Experience in BN4L-Freight Collaboration (Onboarding, Connectivity, Business Configurations, additional services, Security & Data Protection/Privacy, & Monitoring with troubleshooting).
• Experience in external system planning/3PL integration with TM (Customizing TM, setting up BN4L (middleware), posting APIs from open services, etc.).
• Experience in customizing SAP ERP integration (LOGINT_CHG_TTRQ).
• Knowledge of ABAP Open SQL (Data Manipulation language).
• Knowledge of RFCs, BAPIs, BAdis, IDOCs & EDI.
• Knowledge of FPM, POWL, PPF, & BOPF.
• Experience in Road Freight, Air freight, Ocean freight, & rail freight scenarios.
• Experience in Organization structure, Master Data creation and Interface, Planning Basics and Advance Planning, Subcontracting, Freight Order Management and Forwarding Order Management, Strategic Freight Management, Charge Management, and Freight Settlement.
• Experience in Inbound and Outbound processes (Domestic & International).
• Experience in planning M-Pick & M-drop stages.
• Integration Knowledge of TM - EWM, TM - EM, and TM - GTS.
• Experiences in LE-TRA {such as Creating & maintaining Output types, Transportation planning points, Shipment cost document types, cost Item Categories, and shipment Document types (Primary Outbound, Secondary Outbound, Primary Inbound, Direct Dispatch, etc.)}.
• Good understanding of ASAP and Activate methodology.
• Knowledge of Mechanized and Non-Mechanized Warehouse Management.
