About the job:

In this role, you’ll design and enhance content management solutions that improve document lifecycle, governance, and user experience across business workflows. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, architects, and QA to deliver reliable, scalable implementations—while also exploring how AI can elevate search, classification, and content insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Documentum-based solutions aligned to business and compliance needs.
• Configure and support Documentum repositories, object types, lifecycles, ACLs, and document management standards.
• Build and optimize workflows, job automation, and content processing to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver enhancements on schedule.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, deployment planning, and release support for stable deliveries.
• Partner with teams to identify opportunities to apply AI for smarter content discovery, tagging, and summarization use cases.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting solutions on Documentum.
• Strong understanding of content management concepts such as metadata, security, versioning, retention, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working in a delivery environment with requirement analysis, development, testing, and production support responsibilities.
