Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant with over 15 years of expertise, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP solutions, strong business process understanding, and a proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations, rollouts, and transformations.

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects in semiconductor manufacturing environments

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

• Design and optimize SAP business processes aligned with semiconductor supply chain, production, and engineering workflows

• Provide expertise in SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP SD, SAP QM, SAP EWM , or relevant functional areas

• Drive integration across SAP and non-SAP systems (MES, PLM, supply chain tools, etc.)

• Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, and solution design discussions

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in SAP consulting with multiple full lifecycle implementations

• Strong experience in semiconductor industry is a must.

• Expertise in one or more SAP functional modules (MM, PP, SD, QM, EWM, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations

• Deep understanding of semiconductor processes such as wafer fabrication, assembly, testing, and supply chain

• Experience integrating SAP with **MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)**and PLM systems

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives

• Experience with Agile and/or SAP Activate methodologies

• Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles.

• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.

• Project-related mobility/willingness to travel

Estimated annual compensation will be $154,375-193,125
