About the role

  1. Installation, Trouble shooting , Managing Endpoints
  2. Installation, Trouble shooting, Managing Physical Server /VM/cloud servers
  3. Installation, Trouble shooting, Managing Network devices(Switches / routers / Firewalls.
  4. Signature and patch updates in all Endpoints and servers in defined SLA.
  5. Preparing Daily / weekly / monthly reports and scheduling meetings and explaining the reports to respective stakeholders.
  6. Verbal/ written communications and co-ordination with End users/project team/ IT team/ Clients(US / Europe / Australia)
  7. Working knowledge with any of the well know Ticketing tools.
  8. Fixing vulnerability in end points, servers & network devices.
  9. Working on AMC renewal process for IT related assets.
  10. Able to read and understand IT related requirement in SOW/MSA and implementation.
  11. Preparing/ Modificaition network diagram using Ms Visio.
  12. Working with core network and server team in fixing issues.
  13. Provding oncall support along with Client / ISP/ Core IT team members for new implementation as well as fixing issues.
  14. Willing to working in 245, 247 environment. WFO is mandatory.
  15. Providing handover /Co-ordination with team members to ensure all IT related issues are addressing with in SLA
  16. Perparing RCA for any IT related incidents.
  17. Taking end-to-End responsibility in the projects provided by IT team.
  18. Planning leaves in advance without affecting production.
  19. Prefered certificaion on Microsoft server technologies / Cisco networking.
  • Should be experienced in day to day IT Infrastructure support including various Operating systems like Win10, MacOS, Linux.
  • Should have strong knowledge in implementation & administration of various servers & server roles.
  • Administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers).
  • Knowledge on Active Directory Services, DHCP & DNS.
  • Should be having understanding on ITIL framework (IT reporting metrics/MIS) and create different reports as per the framework.
  • Manage the team of analysts who support end user's IT tickets and act as SME for them.
  • Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents.
  • Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st & 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests.
  • Thorough knowledge on different tools used for capacity management, availability managements.
  • Experience in Asset management & IT Supplier Management.
  • Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies.
  • Should be experienced in handling various IT audits – ISO20K, 27K etc
